Wk 1 Childbirth––In Your Life and Around the World

I do not have any children yet but maybe one day soon. So I decide to interview my aunt Mary about her birth experience with her child. When she first find out that she was pregnancy she was so happy about it. Sha said wild she was going to the her appointments she was so excited to see her baby ultrasound to see how the baby have grown inside her. She enjoy listening to her baby and watching the baby move. Then she said within 12 weeks she find out what she was having. She said that she was having a baby "boy". After then some months went by she was having contraction she said that she knew then it was time to have the baby so she went to the hospital and then the baby boy come and he weighing 6lbs 4oz. She said that was a painful labor that she every had in her life.

I pick this one because I do not have any children yet. I pick this because I never experience birth and my aunt have been through this with her child. So I had to asks her about the birth experience she had. My thought on birth is to get me ready for birth experience when I am ready for it. I hope I be ready to have a baby very soon before I get old.The impact is to make parents do the right thing when bring children in the world today.

In Haiti the women have their babies natural in a medical tent outside in a tent that is a 100 degree outside and in United State we have our children in the hospital in the air condition. In Haitian there are 670 women out every 100,000 die in the child birth but in the United States it is 11.The United States help us by giving us mediciad to help pay the cost and in Haiti they do not have care like we do. I learned that everybody county is different from other county.

Week 8: Blog Assignment: A Note of Thanks and Support

This week is my last week in this class. I have really enjoyed interacting with my classmates on this journey of this class. I really have enjoy everybody ideas and thought on these blogs.   The reason I pick this picture is because this little girl stay at the work table drawing this picture the whole time until we started cleaning up. So I walked back there where she was an said are you finish with your picture yet she said yes I am. Then I asked her to tell me about your picture you drew she said it's Ms. D's sun comb. Then she said it's combs by itself without you holding it. After that she said if you ask it to curl up it will do it!

A story about a child that touched your heart:

I had a little boy in my classroom told me that he had a little cousin that was in his class last year. I asked him where is she now and he point up to the sky. I said is she gone to heaven he said yes. That really touch my heart when he told me that. But one thing about it he had a smile on his face when he was telling the story. So I asked him to draw me a picture of his cousin he said OK.

The most important people in my life.

My mom and dad is the best thing in my life because I wouldn't be here if it was for them. They influenced my life by being there for me when I need them. They made sure me and my bother go to school everyday. They made sure we had food and clothes. They was like my best friend to talk to because they new when something was wrong with me. They always told me that I can do anything if I want to.

The third person is my aunt Mary she is like a mother. She treated me like I was her only daughter she every had. I stay with her sometimes at my grandma and granddad house. She use to get me ready for school some morning. She make sure my hair was combed and clean clothes to put on. She so much about me that if I was doing something wrong she will put me in line. She is like a person that I can depend on if I need for her to do something for me. She motivate me to go to school and finish up my degree and she was their for me when I graduated from college. She is they best aunt in the whole wide world. She influence my life by making me be a better parents for my children.

The four one is my grandma a person that touch my life. She was always there for me when I need her in my childhood. She let me be in the kitchen while she be cooking cakes and I love to eat her filling that she make for the cake. So I be waiting on it after she get finish with it. Also she us to come to the church and watch me sing in the choir. She never miss a Sunday if I have to sing unless she is sick. I know I was special to my grandma because she spent a lot of time with me to make sure I get what I need to be successful in live.

The last one is my Granddad another person that touch my life. He was always there for me when I need him. He nurtured me by helping me get my trailer that I am living in now. How I know my granddad care about me because I use to go fishing with them. He tried to help me get what ever I needed. My granddad make me feel special by telling me that I can do anything I want to if I put my mind to it.
